Herend hand painted porcelain demitasse coffee set, dated 1909. Set of 4. I think this pattern is discontinued. It has flowers similar to Printemps with chrysanthemums. The saucer doesn't have the groove for the cup, like modern saucers have. Each piece bears the older Herend shield makers mark in blue with the crown on the top of the shield, the date 1909 and the word Herend is impressed. For collecting purposes, this much older mark is more highly sought after and valued than the newer pieces.
