Within a central circle is a thistle with a red enamel rose and green enamel stems and leaves. The letters HTWSSTKS (Hiram of Tyre, Widow's Son Sent To King Solomon) are displayed in a circular band. Black enamel Masonic symbols including a triangle, a compass, a square edge, and a level, decorate the four corners of the keystone. Decorative engraved scrollwork appears outside the circle.
