Antique 9K Gold & Blue Enamel Locket Circa. 1900 This wonderful locket reveals two portraits from the late 19th Century or very early 20th Century. The clasp and enamel work are in mint condition. Portraits on both sides inside locket. Gold and Enamel work fronts both sides of locket, as well. Locket measures 3/4 inch high, 5/8 inch wide and 1/4 inch deep. This dazzling richly decorated heart-shaped gold hinged locket displays basket woven purple-blue translucent enameled bands. Set with nine prong- set old mine cut diamonds in the enameled lattice-work pattern. The reverse of the locket is richly engraved with floral motifs. The looped bail is an enameled band with three diamonds at the front. Total diamond weight is approximately 0.75carats. It measures 1.25" to top of the loop and it is 0.75" wide.
