Description:
This great looking jabot pin is in the shape of a sword. The hilt is set with pearls. It is very attractive to wear on a dress, shirt or on the lapel of a suite, or securing a scarf. Originally in the Victorian area it was used to secure the frill or ruffle on the front of a shirt or blouse, typically made of lace. The pin is in two parts connected with a safety chain which links the two sides together. It is in excellent antique condition.

Large fruitwood armoire inlayed with tulipwood. The two curved-top doors are inlaid with tulipwood panels with decorative Dutch figures in peasant garb contained within. A beautiful double-curved cornice and bun feet complete the ensemble. The armoire sports the original brass fittings. Inside there is a large iron dead-bolt lock and a hanging rail. This elegant sterling silver serving dish with floral swags of lilly of the valley. The center of the tray is etched crystal decorated with ellipses along a ribbed band with beaded swags. A large crystal handle with sterling top rises from the center. Marked STERLING on the front and on the back of the tray. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.

Antique Herend Porcelain Cup and Saucer Set of Four 1909

Herend hand painted porcelain demitasse coffee set, dated 1909. Set of 4, one of a kind design. It has flowers similar to Printemps with chrysanthemums. The saucer doesn't have the groove for the cup, like modern saucers have. Each piece bears the old Herend shield makers mark in blue with the crown on the top of the shield, and the date 1909 the word Herend is impressed. For collecting purposes, this one of a kind early mark is highly sought after. They are all in perfect condition without any cracks, chips, or repairs which is remarkable for their great age. (some gold may be worn off at the edges.)

This 1960s mid century brooch is 18 Kt yellow gold and set with white diamonds. The motif is a looping ribbon of yellow gold wires. In the center of the ribbon there is a white gold insert with graduated 22 round faceted prong-set diamonds G-H color VS1 -VS2 quality. The closure of the pin is rollover or locking C clasp. The 18 K mark is on a square plaque, also acid tested and guaranteed. This lovely pin is in excellent vintage condition.

Total approximate diamond weight: Ct 0.70, G-H color VS1 -VS2 quality

Arts and Crafts Tressemanes & Vogt artist-signed hand-painted Limoges porcelain platter. Polychrome profile of an American Indian maiden looking soulfully upward, wearing a beaded headdress. A deep Pompeiian red ground emphasizes the stylized design. A border of gold corn stalks sits on dark brown ground. Made by Tressemanes & Vogt of Limoges, France. This mark was used during the early 1900's. Probably decorated in New York. Signed F.P. Sullivan in two places along lower right bottom. Marked on bottom T&V/ LIMOGES/FRANCE and artist's initials FPS. There are no chips, cracks or repairs.

Gustave Vogt and Emilien Tressemanes became partners in the early 1880's.In 1891 they purchased two small porcelain factories, in the suburb of Montjovis, Limoges. As Tressemanes & Vogt, they made high quality porcelain for export to the USA. In 1919 Martial Raynaud bought the company.
