Unique vintage 2 peaces dress, St John Collection by Marie Gray with openwork lace style decoration and trimming. It is in a bright yellow color. The top could be a blouse or a short sleeve cardigan. The front can be opened with 6 St John's signature buttons. It has a small cap sleeve with lace like decoration on sleeve and bottom of the blouse. The skirt has an elastic waist and a flare bottom ending with the same lace like decoration. Material: Santana knit. It is St. John' signature fabric is wool 80% and rayon20% woven together. The dress is in excellent vintage condition with no damage, stains or color fading. My home is smoke free and the outfit is fragrance free. The top and bottom has two different size on the label, but they fit me perfectly and I am a size 12. When I bought it in the 1970s, I fell in love with it but they didn't have my size neither of the top or the bottom. The alterations person moved quickly with a measuring tape and some pins; then disappeared for approximately eight minutes. When she returned with the outfit, I slipped into them. THEY WERE A PERFECT FIT! Size: fits a size 12. Top Length: shoulder to hem 21" Width: straight 18" at the bottom and at arm to arm.
