Description: |
This unusual gold chain in a geometric gold work with circular rope-style links is containing delicate openwork. Half-circles form a stylistic musical note alternate with elongated open work links containing wave-like undulations. Oval gold connectors. Two spring-ring clasps. Marked on link next to clasp with a star, 78, AR, and 750. Can be worn as a double chain or two single chains. Probably Italian. The chain is in excellent vintage condition. Period: 1950's Size: 43.5" (1.105 m) long the 2 together individually: 16" and 27.5" 10 mm Wide Total weight: 22 grams. |
