Description: |
Early Victorian heart shaped pendant blue translucent Guilloche enamel on the front, framed with rose cut diamonds set in gold and backed with silver. A smaller open shaped heart with rose cut diamonds. The pendant is attached to an original bale, also set with rose cut diamonds in the same manner.
