This vintage 1940s graduated double strand cultured Akoya pearl necklace is part of a very fine estate I am selling. The 107 pearls are white with soft pink overtones and gorgeous luster, measuring from 5.5 mm to 8.5 mm. The original 14 K white gold box clasp is set with numerous good quality white diamonds, approximate total weight 0.45 ct. There is a 14 K stamp on the clasp, and also acid tested and guaranteed to be as it stated. Recently re-strong on white silk thread. In excellent vintage condition. Total length of the necklace 17" with clasp. Clasp is 1/2" x almost 1/2" (13 mm x 11 mm) Pearls size: 5.5- 8.5 mm |
