Description: |
Antique Austro-Hungarian large round silver tray with rolled edge
with luxuriant embossed motif of flowers and leaves. Marked on the
edge with and F.F. maker's mark, Diana's head indicating 800 silver
and P for Pest. Dianna's head used 1867-1922 letter P for Pest. FF is
the mark of Ferdinand Feuchtner Silversmith, Working from 1882-
1915. His son Franz with used the same mark from 1914-1922
producing silverware of practically every kind. Excellent condition
with light surface marks to the front of the tray and shelf-wear to the
underside and one small dent (pictured) Total weight: 930 grams Size: 13.25" (33.66 cm) diameter. |
